At IndFares, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent flight booking experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for flight tickets booked through IndFares.com.

2. Flight Cancellations by the Customer

  • Flight tickets can be cancelled through our website or by contacting our support team at support@indfares.com.
  • All cancellations are subject to the airline's individual cancellation policies.
  • Airlines may charge a cancellation fee based on fare type, cancellation time, and route.
  • IndFares will levy a nominal service fee in addition to airline charges for processing cancellations.
  • If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from the airline.

3. Flight Changes or Rescheduling

  • Changes to travel dates or passenger details may be allowed, subject to airline policy and availability.
  • Rescheduling charges include airline change fees plus IndFares service fees.
  • Fare difference, if any, will be applicable at the time of rescheduling.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and cancellation timeline.
  • Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable fare classes or for "no-show" passengers.
  • Refunds will be initiated after receiving confirmation from the airline and are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  • IndFares is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5. Cancellations by Airline

  • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the airline, the refund or alternative arrangement will be provided as per the airline’s policy.
  • IndFares will assist in coordinating with the airline, but the final decision rests with the airline.

6. Service Fees

  • IndFares charges a nominal service fee for all cancellations, changes, or refund processing.
  • Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
