By accessing, using, browsing, or making a booking through IndFares.com, users agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. In case of any violation, IndFares reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

Prices on the Website

Prices displayed on IndFares.com generally include accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and in special cases, some meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner). They do not cover personal expenses or additional charges like telephone calls, personal services, entrance fees to monuments, bar charges, etc.

Mode of Payments & Policies

Our payment gateway is secure, allowing customers to make online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes are not disclosed under any circumstances.

Use of the Website

• You have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and enter into these Terms of Use.

Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes

After finalizing the tour package rates, any hike in entrance fees, fuel costs, guide charges, and other services may be charged as extra. If the government revises taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay the additional amount.

General Terms

IndFares provides the best possible information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, clients are advised to make personal inquiries to avoid any confusion. We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances. We are also not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during the holiday packages provided by us. Clients are accountable for their own safety measures.

Credit Policy for Travel Agents

IndFares shall not be liable to pay any refunds in cases where the airlines or hotels close their operations or declare insolvency. Based on assurances given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, IndFares may sometimes refund amounts to the customer but reserves the right to recover the refunded amount in the event of airlines/hotels becoming non-operational or bankrupt.

Unaccompanied Child

Children below the age of 12 will not be accepted for carriage unless accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the well-being of the child/children traveling together.

Airline Pregnancy Rules

• Obtain medical clearance from your healthcare provider not more than 7 days before your journey, stating that you are fit to travel.
• Avoid taking flights if your pregnancy is complicated or risky.
• Consider your due date when planning your return trip.
• For long-haul flights, assess if your body can handle the journey, as seat width may be uncomfortable during advanced pregnancy.
